About the teacher of the Dutch Expat School of Wassenaar
Let me introduce myself:
My name is Annelies Izaks. I was living together with my husband and my two daughters in Wassenaar. But since July 2021 we moved to Switserland.
A lot of my students have asked me to continue with online lessons from Switserland, so that's the plan for now.
As study background, I am a graduated Dutch and French teacher and I finished my study as a primary school teacher.
I make my own lessons on a fun and interactive way. I have choosen for a method called 'TPRS'.
I choose subjects which suits good to the interests of the group. Together with the students I make fun stories, read articles, listen to Dutch music. I hear often that the lessons aren't boring.
You are welcome to do a free trial lesson.

Group lessons start from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 persons.

Private lessons for adults and children
Group Lessons Wednesdays : online by Google Zoom ( by a minimum of 4 students will the lessons start )

9:30 - 11:00 am : General Dutch for Beginners 2- intermediate (A1- A2)

19.00 - 20.30 pm : General Dutch level intermediate (A2 - B1)

There are no lessons during the school holidays.
